We endeavour to make our centre accessible to everyone! Our centre is fully accessible, including disabled car parking bays, lifts to all areas of the centre, automatic entrance doors and friendly staff that are always available to help!
A disabled toilet is located in the centre's toilet corridor, opposite Starbucks on the Ground Floor. A number of brands within the Centre also offer disabled toilet facilities.
Additionally, a Changing Places facility can be found a short distance away at Junction 32 Outlet, just behind the GAP store. For more info on Changing Places, please contact Junction 32 Outlet directly.
Our Main Car Park is located directly in front of the centre and includes 88 free car park spaces for customers who require disabled access in line with Blue Badge criteria.

SignLive is a Video Relay Service that allows our deaf and hard of hearing guests to connect with an online BSL Interpreter during opening hours. The BSL interpreter will talk to the member of staff you would like to connect with and sign their responses to you. The service can be accessed by scanning our SignLive QR code at Guest Services. You can also access SignLive via the app or a web browser. Please ask a member of staff if you’d like to use SignLive.

Our Cineworld location is assistance and guide dog friendly and they are partnered with the CEA carer card scheme which allows complimentary admission to a carer for customers with a disability.
9 of Cineworld's 14 screens have access from the back for wheelchair users which can be accessed via a lift in the foyer and we have audio description capabilities in our screens. There are wheelchair spaces at the front of the screens that do not have rear access.
Cineworld also offers autism friendly showings at 11am on the first Sunday of every month, usually these are a new release from the month before. The sound for these showings is quieter than a standard showing and the auditorium lights are kept at a brighter setting. As well as these showings, they also offer subtitled showings every week for a showing of a new release between 1pm - 5pm on Sundays and 5pm - 7pm on Mondays and Thursdays.
Other facilities at Cineworld include: lower counters, assistance alarms in our accessible toilets and refuge points in case of evacuation which provides a safe space for wheelchair users to be evacuated to.
Our PizzaExpress restaurant has dedicated disabled toilets on-site as well as an accessibility door bell to aid those with access needed.
The Escapologist features a wheelchair-friendly bar area and includes two disability friendly escape room experiences with Vertic Alley & The Parlour of Secrets and D3lir1um
Volcano Falls offers an Accessibility friendly course on their Volcano Valley experience, which is all on the ground floor and has lowered edges. Disability clubs are also available from Volcano Falls on request.
We welcome well-behaved support dogs in-centre. Please check with individual brands directly for more information on their own dog policies.
