To help keep you and our teams safe we've introduced a few safety measures we'd like you to be aware of ahead of your visit.
We are asking visitors to follow Government guidance in relation to wearing face coverings. The latest advice can be found here. Currently visitors must wear a face covering in our retail shops and inside our centre. Please plan ahead and bring a suitable face covering with you.
There are exemptions for children under 11, those with disabilities or certain health conditions, such as respiratory or cognitive impairments that make it difficult for them to wear a face covering.
ONE WAY SYSTEM
We’re operating a one way system in-centre. Keep left and follow the yellow arrows.
KEEP YOUR DISTANCE
Please keep at least a 2 metre distance from others.
HAND SANITISER STATIONS
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth, and use the hand sanitiser provided at our sanitiser stations.
We’ve enhanced our cleaning regime, including regular cleaning of key touchpoints throughout our centre.
WASH YOUR HANDS
Wash your hands regularly and for at least 20 seconds (don’t forget to sing!)
CATCH YOUR SNEEZE / COUGH
Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or your sleeve if you cough or sneeze.
