We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Service team. As a CSD team member you will play an integral part in the future success of the store and you will ensure customers receive the same excellent service via phone or email as well as in store. You will have a customer focused approach to all aspects of the role to ensure customer’s needs are met as quickly and efficiently as possible. The successful candidates will be committed to customer satisfaction, calm under pressure and able to manage their own workload. You will be required to be highly organised with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
Areas of responsibility will include till cashier operations and sales transactions, along with dealing with returns/ exchanges, processing delivery notes, warranties, Click and Reserve requests and general emails and administration tasks.
The Candidate must have good written and spoken English and an excellent phone manner. An extension of the role will be to assist the sales floor team in recovering the shop floor displays and merchandising along with undertaking general housekeeping duties such as cleaning.
The latest company administrate procedures and customer service excellence training will be provided.
