Key Responsibilities:

• The performance, profitability and general success of the restaurant
• Control of stock and labour 
• Overall welfare of the staff
• Responsible person for the health and safety
• Financial reporting and cost management
• Ensure all compliance achieved and maintained
• Responsibility for recruitment and maintaining wages percentages
• Adhere to the current licensing laws
