TSA Snowboarding Department Technician Team Member

We are looking for a TSA sales team member to join our outstanding snowboard department through the winter season.

This position would be best suited to a candidate that has a tremendous amount of passion and energy for snowboarding and providing excellent customer service.

The latest product training and customer service excellence training will be provided.

Candidates will need to demonstrate extensive technical expertise in all aspects of the snowboard hardware and clothing that we sell, after initial first steps training to be successful in this role.

As in-store merchandising will be an important part of the job, you must be able to bring a mix of creative vision and commercial understanding to your work whilst ensuring company guidelines are adhered to.

Excellent communication skills are necessary, as you will be working with the Department Manager to maximise sales and productivity within the department.

You should be experienced and confident when dealing with customers, self-motivated and punctual with a proven sales track record. Additionally you must be enthusiastic, flexible, proactive, be able to work well under pressure and work to deadlines. 

An extension of the role will be to assist the sales floor team in recovering the shop floor displays and merchandising along with undertaking general housekeeping duties such as cleaning.
