Xscape Yorkshire FAQs

Is there free parking on-site?

Yes, we have lots of free parking spaces for our customers, including an Overflow Car Park to make parking a doddle. Find out more.

Do I need to pre-book or can we turn up on the day?

Lots of our brands do accept walk-ups on the day, however we do recommend pre-booking ahead of your visit to avoid any disappointment. Book with our brands direct via website, email or over the phone. You can view all brands and contact details here.

How do I book?

Book with the brands you want to visit direct. View all brands. 

Can you help me change my booking?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change bookings for brands at the centre. Please contact the brand you have booked with directly; brand contact details can be found here.

How much does it cost to do an activity?

Prices vary depending on group size, day of visit, etc. See our individual brand pages for more information, including direct links to brand websites with up to date prices.

How much is Gravity E-Karting?

Gravity E-karting prices vary depending on your group size and type of race. Prices start from £11.95 for an 8-minute race. Find out more.

How do I book Snozone?

Visit the Snozone website, drop them an email at enquiriesyorkshire@snozoneuk.com or call them on 0333 0030 520. Snozone offers various activities including skiing lessons and sledging. Equipment is available to rent, however you will be required to bring and wear your own waterproof clothing.

Can you bring dogs to Xscape?

Support dogs are welcome indoors at Xscape. Please let us know if we can help further. We are unable to welcome other dogs.

Do you have any job vacancies?

Latest job vacancies at Xscape Yorkshire can be found here. It’s also worth having a look on the individual brand websites, or dropping in to ask about vacancies on your next visit. We wish you well with your job hunt.

Do you have electric car charging points?

Our Pod Point charging points are located in the car park on the right side of the building, adjacent to Junction 32 Outlet and near Domino’s.

Do you have Inpost Lockers?

Our Inpost Lockers can be found outside the centre, on the left side, towards the back of the building. Look out for signs for the coach car park. 

Can you hire meeting rooms at Xscape?

Xscape doesn’t have any meeting rooms available to hire, however Christchurch and Snozone may be able to assist. View contact details.

Do you have storage for pushchairs?

We’re unable to store pushchairs at this time. 

Are there any seating areas downstairs?

Seating is available on for First Floor near to Xplore Soft Play and all of our restaurants have plenty of seating for customers.  

Do you have a hoist in the toilets?

We don’t currently have a hoist, however it is something we’re looking into.
